VTuber Lore
MilkyPawz is an escaped NPC who went rouge and changed her entire look, form, and dialog to fit in the real world. Sometimes you have to speak to her first to reboot her into talking like a normal gaming NPC would. It's not your fault if she's quiet.
She was originally a gothic neko in a farming date sim. She really liked cows but couldn't get rid of her ears. So, she adapted horns and can only change her tail since her old game designers forgot to add one in for her. She likes both the cow tail and cat tail!
