MilkyPawz is an NPC who escaped her dating simulation video game and is now...streaming games? How odd.
Sometimes you have to speak to her first to reboot her into talking like a normal gaming NPC would. It's not your fault if she's quiet.
She was originally a gothic neko in her farming date sim. She would hide in the barn til you showed up. Her lore in game suggested that she would sleep with some of the barn animals, talk to them, and even groom/feed them if supplies were around. She really liked cows the most but couldn't get rid of her cat ears in the real world. So, she adapted horns to be more like a cow and can only change her tail from either cat-like or cow-like since her old game designers forgot to add one in for her. She likes both the cow tail and cat tail!
